> Caren orchestrates clinical care pathways end to end — engaging, monitoring and guiding patients automatically — and exposes clinically validated care pathways to AI agents through an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Caren turns static clinical protocols into automated digital journeys. It engages patients through WhatsApp, SMS, email and app, collects responses, sends reminders, and alerts clinical teams only when a patient deviates from the pathway or signals a risk.
